Open year-round in Sag Harbor since 2016, Grindstone is a neighborhood coffee and donut shop with a slight obsession problem. We make brioche donuts, cake donuts, strong coffee, and probably too much cold brew — all fresh, all day, every day.

Our donuts are made in small batches with rotating seasonal flavors, classics that never leave the menu, and occasional ideas that sounded questionable until they somehow worked. We care a lot about quality, but not in a tweezers-and-foam kind of way.

Coffee gets the same treatment. Espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, specialty teas — made by people who actually know what they’re doing and still manage to not take themselves too seriously.

Come in tired, hungover, over-caffeinated, under-caffeinated, with your kids, without your kids, still wearing pajamas — we’re not judging.
